Pope Francis has released his first encyclical titled Lumen Fidei (Light of Faith). A work started by Pope Benedict and completed by our current Pope. A true bridge across our last two Holy Fathers.
You can pre-order a hardcover copy of the encyclical through Ignatius Press since it won’t be available until August 9th. The Vatican has also released the encyclical on their website so that you can read online or download a PDF version for free. For Kindle users it is easy to convert the PDF to be able to read on you Kindle e-reader. Just email the PDF file to your Kindle email address *****@kindle.com and put “convert” in the subject line and then it should show up on your device just a little bit later.
