We all pray for those in our families that have left the practice of their faith. A priest here in the Diocese of Lincoln has started a devotion called Masses and Tears to help all of us to offer our prayers and Masses for the members of our family that separated themselves from the Catholic Church.
The image of St. Monica on the website and on the associated printed material is an especially powerful for all those that know the story of how her prayers led to the conversion of her son, Augustine, an eventual Bishop and Saint.
